Write THAT Christmas Letter
How thick do the lies have to get before we have finally had enough?
Another Christmas time is upon us and how ever we choose to celebrate the holidays, it is a time to reflect on the year that has past and look forward into the new year.
2022 has been an interesting and tumultuous year. It’s as if we are caught in a time loop that just won’t end! Clown world some might say. Look at what’s happening globally. It’s the insidious infiltration of malevolent entities permeating our entire society at a relentless pace. For anyone still asleep, we are about to embark on a technocracy run by globalist oligarchs that will transform the way our society operates at a microlevel. We are already witnessing it in our schools and social lives with the division and transformation of our family relationships and communities, not to mention censorship at every turn. Let’s just say, George Orwell predicted the future quite accurately.
It has taken some seriously strong-minded individuals to navigate the web of deceit and lies we have been faced with the past three years, but my guess is there is at least one in each family, so let’s start there.
Low and behold the Christmas letter. I send one every year. My letter usually involves family updates on our experiences, goals, and accomplishments throughout the year, and my thoughts and reflections on various current events with well-placed humor in between for entertainment’s sake. I try to keep it short and to the point to not lose anyone. This year I wrote two pages, that’s a good amount, but tacked to the end is a fairytale that reveals a moral story. Now I have to figure out how to stuff eight pages into a long Christmas card envelope. Believe me, I’ll figure it out!
So, write that Christmas letter. The time is now. Inform your family and friends about the horrors we have witnessed over the past few years. Stick some humor in there if you need to. Even if Uncle Joe thinks you're crazy and continues to bury his head in whatever mind-numbing news program he watches on repeat. It’s worth a shot.
With that I leave you with a poem from my book God Never Happened and Other Lies We Tell Ourselves…
A war is coming And here we are sleeping A war is coming And here we are Too afraid to live Too afraid to die A war is coming Lay down your life Or they'll take it all Your health Your soul Your rights
